Recovering data from internal memory

Not the memory card but is there any possible way at all to recover data from the internal memory?!
my stupid phone just randomly switched off and said 'built in media storage corrupted' or something then when trying to repair it it fails.

ANY RECOVERY PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE?!

Hire a mobile phone forensic examiner or analyst to retrieve the data if it is recoverable they will have the necessary software and knowledge.

ive removed the memory card and im not saving anything on my phone in order not to rewrite the old data if its still possible to get it back..
