Quick question from former user...
Hello there folks. I just popped in to ask a quick question. Is there still any kind of market for a nice used Storm 1? Think it's time to get rid of mine, but I wasn't sure anyone even wanted them anymore.
Thanks and take care everyone!

You wouldn't make any sort of profit, but you could sell it. Put it up in the CB forum marketplace

Probably not much of a market for it.

$20-$40 even $60 if you are lucky and your buyer is good. Considering the storm 1 has such a bad reputation, you might not even get a buyer

The problem is it is a CDMA phone, which restricts 3G usage to only the carrier you bought it from. GSM customers can use it, but they'd have to unlock it, and it will only work on EDGE.

yea i would say resale value on the forums would be $30-40 lol. maybe more if the b uyer really wants one. for just shy of $75 they could probably still get a storm 2. so its wishy washy.

By the way, mine is unlocked and can be used on gsm network.
Might just leave it in the drawer as a temp for my kids iPhone on straight talk, in case he loses his iPhone.
Thank you for the replies!
