Hello All,

I recently bought Blackberry curve 8520 and this is first time that I bought Blackberry previously I have been using Android. Can anyone tell me what apps I can run without activating blackberry services. Some one told me that I Can run Facebook and some other social media tools via some trick or hack but I don't know how. Can any one pls tell me which apps I can run without activating blackberry services ?

With a data package blackberry app world works. I had a 8530 and it worked ok.

OP, you really do need to shell out the money for a BIS data plan otherwise you are just wasting your time. Unless you merely want to talk and text.
