Hi folks,

So I switched providers over the weekend, and when I resetup the emails, I was not able to get the received emails to go back in the same folder of the newly created emails, why is that? I can see all my emails but they're not under the folder. Is there a way to fix this?

Are you trying to get them all in the main messages folder? If so open your messages icon, press menu/options/inbox management. Every box you check will go to the Main messages folder. Everyone left unchecked will end up in their respective folders. Hope this is what you needed!

Actually no. They are all in the one folder. However, they're not in their respective email folders. I don't think I'm making sense...
