I deleted / removed the Slacker application from my curve and when I went to transfer music via the usb cable it shows a slacker icon on my BlackBerry folder and when I look inside the BlackBerry folder the Slacker folder is still there, is it ok just to right click on the folder and delete it? I did a battery pull and its all still there

Yes. Applications don't receive a notice when they're deleted, so Slacker can't clean up the SD card when it's deleted.

Remove the Slacker folder from the SD Card, and delete "Autorun.inf" and "Slacker.synclauncher.exe" in the root of the SD card.
