    Provided you have a recent backup (file extension .ipd) you can use this

    ABC Amber BlackBerry Editor, nice find.

    It opens Contact in a table with easy editing.

    It appears to be limited to just Contacts, I can not see Calender or Todo list entries.

    Yes, it is limited to just the address book, unless I'm missing something.
