Actually you can is there an issue with your phone.

Press and hold the volume up and volume down keys till you seen the screenshot message.

Then to post on CB press the attachment symbol 'the paperclip' it'll take you to you pictures app.
Click on the file symbol lower left corner/ click on device / click on camera folder.
Click on photo to be uploaded, a blue loading bar will show as pic is being uploaded.

My battery is pretty bad on my Q10. But I consider myself a very heavy user so I accept it.

Battery life on my Q10 on .1925 is stellar.

I went a full 24 hours on a charge with my usual usage. I haven't had that kind of battery life on a BlackBerry since the days of the 9700. I am deliriously happy with my Q10.

This is why I am baffled that BlackBerry wont sell the Z30 directly. I'd love to pick up one cause I hate the Z10's battery life

Agreed...i have two battery's for my Z10 and use them both daily. I'm not an extremely heavy user, but i send a lot of emails for work. Would love a q10 for AT&T and compare.

I think only with a larger battery would the Z10 last longer than the Q10 given the same usage.

Q10 battery is really good if you're not a heavy user but if you're on it all day it def won't last too long. But that's for anything so blah blo blahahaha trolol
