    The update is draining my battery really quick (which was ready to be replaced anyway); any ideas of places I can get one other than online? Didn't see them at AT&T and Best Buy, Walmart, etc... seem to be online only as well.

    I got the battery charger bundle from Amazon for less than $20. It comes with a new battery and works fine. I also got 2 for my Z10. None for the Z30, but I can plug either of the bundles directly into the Z30.

    9000 > Q10 > Z10 >Z30>
