I think I may have asked this before, so forgive me, but I have the memory of a crack baby sometimes. What exactly is pushed content and should I clear it every now and then?

Pushed content is things sent to your phone automatically without you having
to download it or go find it. This can take the form of browser alerts, weather
alerts, social networking notifications, etc.
There is no harm in clearing it from time to time.
