Is there a way to set the sound/led/tactile alerts in Profiles back to factory without wiping and/or resetting the whole device? TIA.

If you are familiar with Desktop Manager there is a way to reset them through DM.

It would be similar to the steps used in this 101 (http://www.crackberry.com/blackberry...-book-database) except you would want to be looking for your profiles instead of the address book like they used.
