    When I set the profile at loud, the phone vibrates when a call comes in. It certainly does not get louder!! Is this normal?

    Go to your profiles and then go to Advanced... from there you can adjust that profile to turn on/off the vibration as well as adjust the actual volume level of the ringer.

    Spot on gabbott... you need to go Profiles > Advanced > Highlight desired profile to edit > Menu > Edit > change to your liking

    You probably just have your phone set to Vibrate+Tone. Simply change it to Tone.
