    Default Problems with WIFI

    Hi

    My BB says its connected to the WIFI network but the wifi sign remains grey on my home screen and wont turn white. How can I fix this????

    Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
    Are your data functions working properly over the carrier network?
    Is the WiFi router that you are connecting to compatible with the BlackBerry?
    Can you connect with other WiFi access points?
