I've been trying to call BB customer service and it has been impossible,
May be you can help me!
I have all my contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2007 and I want to upload them into my BB Curve 8310, i have the software version v4.2.2
Can anybody help me???
Thanks for your quick response... but it didn't work.
I plugged in the BB and then opened up the desktop manager, it started the sync but then a message shows: "Unknown error reported"
I also did the Enterprise Activation in the BB and an email was sent to my outlook email account.
This is the email:
This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server"
So, it seems to be communication between BB and outlook.
