I'm having problems upgrading blackberry desktop manager. It starts to install and then comes up saying that I need to install .net framework 3.5 sp1. I go to download it and it comes up saying it encountered a problem and is removing all files. I even tried downloading it from Microsofts website and it won't download from there either. Gives me the same message. I'm starting to get really frustrated because it won't upgrade. I can't use my old version either because it closes once I plug my blackberry bold 9900 in. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
