Ok so my headset works but when it is off I have problems. Like I can't hear callers but they can hear me. Some posts say to get a replacement because it is the speaker. I had two pearls replaced. Didn't fix it. It only happens sometimes so I did an experiment. I deleted the blue tooth from my pearl and did not use it for a month. I have not had any problems since I deleted it. I have a plantronics. Why would this happen? Has anyone else had this problem?
Never had the problem. I have a Motorola headset. Try someone else's headset that is not a Plantronics one and see if the same thing happens. Some folks like the newer Plantronics headsets but a lot don't like them because of the sound quality and other odd problems.
