    Default Problems with blackberry id

    Hiya, i bought a blackberry torch 9800 second hand and i have had no problems with it until i did a update and its requesting blackberry id and password but they belong to the previous owner and i dont no them. i have made my own id but its saying the its not matching to that smart phone. Can someone please help me? im stuck

    Default Problems with blackberry id

    When you first purchased the device did you do a complete wipe of the device? Are you BIS or BES?
