    So, like the title says, I am having trouble setting up my old @sprint.blackberry.net account on my new device. I have searched the posts and i cannot find what I am looking for. I've done the whole options, status, register new device thing. But when I go to the email set up to add that email, it says there was some kind of problem, or that the address is already being used(Yeah. By me!). And when I try to send emails to that address, that doesn't work either..
    Please help?

    Have you logged onto your carrier's BIS site and used the " switch device" option there. You will need to enter your new BB's pin and imei . This should have your emails pushed to your new device

    I just recently went thru the same thing with Sprint. I actually had to call them and get them to manually change it. It's because your old PIN is still attached to the address is their system. Just give 'em a call and they'll work it out!
