I have received a few mms messages from a friend and they always show up blank. The slide usually says 2/2. Any ideas out there on why I'm not getting the messages? Thanks in advance!

A friend of mine, and myself are having the same problems with AT&T. I think that if the mms is more than 300kb it automatically deletes whatever was in the mms. i'm waiting to hear back from AT&T on this issue as I type this. If I hear anything I'll let you know

Thank you for contacting AT&T about your phone issues. I apologize for

any inconvenience that you may have experienced in regard to your phone

not working correctly. I am happy to help you with this.

In regards to the error message you have received the problem could
either be that the picture or video file you are attempting to download

is to large to be received as a multi media message. Try receiving the
    file as a e-mail .

If problem persist we will need to troubleshoot the issue which will
require for you to contact us from a phone other your cell phone, but
have your phone availble. You can reach our Customer Care at
    1-800-331-0500 .
    This is AT&T's reply.

This sucks too, because I have friends that use Verizon and they get large MMS messages all the time. But when they send it to me, I get the same error message as you've gotten. I wish they would change that.

looks like mms has been an issue with alot of carriers....this is more then likely a network related issue.if you do contact your service provider, they will ask for specific examples like what times you sent the mms and what kind of error messages you found...

If its not a nextel BB, then if its too big it wont come through. Also, if there is an invalid file format that the bb cant read, the message will come through but be blank. I hate MMS!!!! LOL
