Im starting to have problems sending and recieving mms on my blackberry 9630. i can use the browser fine, i use it everyday. I tried sending a pic and i get a red x. i redid all the apn settings, called tmobile to see if i have pic messaging and i do. i reloaded all the service books. still nothing. its starting to tick me off. can you guys help me please? what do i need to do to fix it? thanks.

its most likely the apn settings.. suggest you search the 9630 forums for Tmobile threads.

I can't believe your provider's customer support can't help you with this, especially if it is an apn setting.
