    I have been having problems with my internet connection on my BB Bold since yesterday. I have been on the phone to O2 all morning & followed their instructions to no avail. Last resort is wiping out the BB, but before doing this i wanted to see if anyone on here would have a solution.
    I can send & receive emails (very slow)
    My IM is working with delays
    No internet at all
    I have gone to connections & turned on & off ..still nothing
    i have taken battery out 3 times now..nothing!

    Any suggestiosn please?
