Unable To Install Firmware Ver 5.0 On My Curve 8520
It Shows The Following Error Shown In The Image(As Attachment) Everytime !
However My Internet Connectivity Is On Its Excellency !
Still Shows The Same Error After The Reinstallation Of BB Software Updater
Plzz help in this matter......
Actually My BB is getting hanged when using Audio Player & while transferring the songs via Bluetooth
Thats Why I Am Reinstalling The Firmware

Vivek,
Download the latest firmware to your computer first.
Instead of letting the updater do it, go get the exe file.
Typically you will find the link for your OS in the sub forum for your device.
You can also do a google search for the following string " *carrier* blackberry download page". Select the software you want, in this case blackberry device software. Select your device and download the latest OS available.
Search the forums how to for updating OS. Follow the instructions and it will be done.
