Hi there. I've just upgraded to the 9860 from a 9800. Using the switch devices program on the desktop manager gave me a problem though as it failed when trying to put some of the info across. I literally had to do contacts etc manually. such a pain. All done now though but has anyone any issues like this before? This is a first for me. Also, wifi sync for music doesn't work. Keeps coming up file not found.
