    I recieved a message in email about upating password since messages were not being recieved. I went to the BIS online and reset the password, hit save, it says processing please wait, then i recieve an error that says an error occurred during validation. its the same password that worked since i had the phone. Any suggestions or is the system not up and running?

    Did the error say anything else? If you are not receiving email on your device because you change the password for your email, you also need to change the password for the account in BIS so that it can authenticate your email.
