Hi I am a neewby and have just bought a pre owned 8310 which was on Vodaphone, this is now unlocked and I am using orange. I opened the �5 a month account with them but when I tried to register the phone it came up as already registered. does any one know if the phone can be unregistered without the previous owner making contact as I cannot trace them as the phone was bought on Ebay.

I believe when you say to register the phone your talking about registering it for your email and all? If thats the case call your carrier back and let them know they have to clear the old account to the phone so you can register i had the same problem with my 8330 my sister in law gave it to me
