I have a bbz10 and downloaded pictures from Facebook to the picture folder. Is there anyway I can print them off?

Try the Printhand app,

or install BlackBerry Blend and copy them to your desktop / laptop if you have one.

You could also attach a USB SDcard reader to a printer with USB print support and get them printed that way.

Or use a cloud / internet photo printing service and have the photo prints physically mailed to your home address...

Many options... :-)

Go into a photo processing shop, plug the phone in or memory card. And print.
