Is it possible to click a spot on the google maps (sat view) and have it tell you the gps coordinates(long/lat) like the full version does? I wanna use my sat view of google to find spots and then enter the coord's into my handheld gps.

No, you can't do that with Google Maps Mobile.

How about accessing locations (Favorites) that I have saved on my Google Maps account online?

Click your BB key then select Help then About and towards the bottom it should show Center with your Latitude and Longitude.

Is there any way to get these coordinates and put them into an email or text message? (without having to write them down or something?)

You could take a screen shot and email or MMS it.

I have just started using GPSLogger (free) - this can copy Lat/Lon + Alt to the clipboard - if that's of any use. It'll also handle GPX/KML for recorded movements and offers a large/simple speed/GPS view - ideal for running/hiking/biking etc.
