Is there any way to circumvent the download/file size limits to download large (100mb) music files? Opera 4.1 says "error: invalid tunnel name" when trying to download a large file.

Any help is appreciated.

If you have a file that large, you really should be using a PC.

Uhhhh I was gunna say use opera mini, then I looked closer at ur post, and dayumm that's a large file... I doubt the battery would do so well when downing 100 mb s of music... @ that point I would reccomend using ur comp, since opera mini is currently the best way to download large files

dont think its possible, i use to do it with my windows mobile phone via zshare...
