ok so when i go on youtube my video quality is really bad, i am connected to wifi and not long ago it was HD and it worked but it just stopped i didnt change anything in settings, i restarted my internet, reinstalled youtube and sometimes when i try to play a videos it says cannot play do you wish to save it and when i save it it says cannot play.
videos are played in 3GP

What's the speed of your internet you are subscribed?

YouTube will give you the best resolution based on your internet connection. So if your connection has been slow the last little while then that would be the reason for the lower res videos. You can always check which quality you want in the little icon on the bottom right. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
