    Please God don't vote for Blackberry here. Why in God's name would you vote them best smartphone company. Its fine to love their devices, but they have screwed up so bad over the last few years not only internally but screwing over customers I don't see how you could vote for them unless its just blind fanboyism.
    Apple had its biggest fails in about three weeks... we're looking at present day not past.

    Oh and can I tag you as a troll since you clearly were looking for negative attention.

    Poll is rigged!!!!! I voted and it said 388 for BlackBerry. Then I refreshed and it said 386 for BlackBerry. Wtf.

    Except that Heins was brought in to help a brand that had been steered wrong for yeara. He didn't help but there were major problems long before he stepped up to lead them.
    Heins was part of the senior management team which drove Research In Motion into near extinction. In my opinion, he took the coward's way out instead of boldly setting a course for the company and then not steering it through rough waters but allowing the ship to flounder badly to the extent it almost capsized with the Board of Directors and Executive Officers already in the life rafts pulling away as the passengers (employees and clients) stood on-deck watching the water rising (ship sinking).
