I bought a curve off of Craigslist. And I had a BB before and it doesnt have all the features i.e fonts. And I cant download the software. The IT Policy says "default" how can I change this?

The first post you see in that link is by Pete6. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of that post. You will see a zip file that's surrounded by a box. Download it and save it to wherever you want on your pc. After its downloaded you go to where you saved it at and right click and select extract all. then install it. BE VERY CAREFUL THIS PROGRAM CAN MESS UP YOUR DEVICE QUICKLY.

I installed and followed the instructions. But it's saying access denied. Anything im doing wrong?
