PocketMac help

I have just downloaded PocketMac SyncManager for my computer. However, I don't know how to sync some downloaded files such as the Zelda game. It seems like I can only sync with the contacts, calendar events, task and notes from my computer. I was wondering how I can install applications dl from websites on to my blackberry. the extensions for the file are .axl and .cod. The version for the PocketMac is 4.1.25
As well, how can I install other applications on to my blackberry?
