i tried the battery pull but it didn't help
its complete fine when writing a new email
but replying, everything is all together. no paragraphing

any ideas to resolve this?

I checked again. Viewing my reply messages using Outlook on PC is ok.
Seeing my own messages on macbook (entourage), all spacing is removed from my reply message?

Should I fix it on my entourage? how?
