    Hi everyone,
    I have not been successful in loading existing e-addresses. Tried again today. Entered my email and password hoping playbook would download the addresses. Well, it just kept trying to connect with my email and wouldn't do anything else. It kept saying 'trying to connect or locate so I gave up. Then tried to read my messages by tapping the message icon, and it's empty. Can someone please help me? Many thanks, C
