i HAD a 8330... backed up everything on bb dm ( 4.6 ) ... for some reason, the 8330 went back to its original settings, and lost everything...

as i lucked out, the loaderbackup icon is on my desktop...

now as i have the tmobile 8900, i try to sync it and restore it with the BB desktop with the loaderbackup i did...

nothing!! pulled battery and all =( try'd installing and reinstalling, nothing....

tried even 1 file by 1... it doesnt transfer.. all it does is goes into its orignal settings...

i tried to sync my old 8330, and that still wont work..

i searched and searched on the site, and i cant get anything...

Make sure you didn't set your address book to filter your contacts. Address Book, Menu, Filter. Uncheck Business and Personal.

Make a trip to your local store and they can transfer from your 8330.

Try restoring your 8330 with the loaderbackup file. If successful, then do a device switch with DM to your 8900.
