Hi there I need some help . I just recently acquired BlackBerry's for myself and my employees. I operate a Junk Removal Company, I need to send the jobs and scheduling to the boys, and then at the end of the day I want them to send me back the daily sales, collections and deposit reports.

My first thought was that I would do it in Excel, this way I could just insert their info into my spreadsheet, without having to re-enter the info. I dont know if there is any kind of scheduling program, that will also perform mathmatical calculations. What program would you recomend for me to use ?

I have never used a BlackBerry before, and I just dont know which way to go. I am just looking for a business solution for my business.

Have you tried talking with your carriers business rep?

If you want to collaborate, then you need a BES solution. There are hosted solutions for small businesses (1-5) licenses, which is cheaper than getting, running, and maintaining your own Exchange and Blackberry server.
