Please help I've literally tried everything!

My bbm won't work and it's stuck on the "restoring bbm" screen. I've tried taking the battery out and redownloading bbm, but nothing seems to be working.

It may not help, but the only solution I could possibly offer is to restore your BBM information via DM, or downgrade to a previous version of BBM, restore your data, then try upgrading again with the hopes your data will migrate to the latest version properly.

A bit surprising that it would be 'stuck' however I'll take you would have waited for a really loong time? It once took about 45 minutes to restore on my older device.

Yes, it was working until I tried to update it to the current version!

I tried wiping my phone with the same result. It makes me enter my blackberry ID and then it says " restoring bbm" and it's been on that screen for the past three hours!
