I thought my pairing problem was limited to one device, but I've now tried to pair my 9630 Tour with 3 different bluetooth devices with no success: Motoroloa Headset, Blue Ant Supertooth Light, and Mazda in-car bluetooth system.
Bluetooth is turned on
When I go to "Add Device" choosing "Search" or "Listen" does not work (and yes, the other device is in pairing mode).
Is there a reason why I can't connect to ANYTHING?
it sounds like the bluetooth hardware on the phone may be defective. if you all three devices were in pairing mode and none were able to be detected, it kinda leads to think its the phone. if your phone is within one year of original purchase date verizon will replace at no cost.
