Having a problem with my z10. It was on the charger started charging checked it and the phone started discharging on the charger. Changed charger same thing started happening charged and started discharging? Do I need a new phone? Or battery? Called att they don't know anything about BlackBerry. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Try a hard reset , then plug back in.

Hold your volume up and down buttons until you see the blue loading circle, and if you have an stl100-1 hold the power button.

Are you using an approved charger for your Z10? Generic chargers can vary in speed of charging, but seeing that you tried 2 chargers, your problem might be your battery.

I bought six of those. Original BlackBerry product. My Q10 charges from 50% to full charge in about 40 minutes. My son's Z10 takes a full charge in two hours with that charger.
