Hi,

I have been an iPhone user for the past 2 years. I am planning to get a Blackberry in addition to my iPhone. Can somebody guide me which Blackberry to buy? Should it be the 9650 or 9700, or should i wait for the slider. Any help to guide this would be BB addict would be helpful

If you're on AT&T you're limited to the 9700, as the 9650 is only going to be sold thru CDMA providers.

Yeah, much of it depends on your choice of providers, and, of course, what you want in a device.

I chose to stay with Sprint when I decided to finally get a BB device. I happen to get great Sprint coverage in my area and the monthly cost for me seems to be lower than others. Plus, I chose the 9650 for a number of reasons... the full qwerty kb and its international usability just to name a couple.

A friend of mine is with Verizon and absolutely loves the media capabilities of his Storm 2.

I would recommend the Bold 9700 or the Curve 8520.
Depends on your personal choice and what you prefer.

Go for the 9700 as you are on AT&T. It is a great phone. Go to an at&t store play with one for sometime and see whether you like it or not...
