Picking up my new Z10 Black on Tuesday...who else :-)

Well I walked into my local Bell Mobility store in Kelowna this afternoon and paid for my Black Z10. Looking forward to Tuesday when the playtime begins.

Who else has done this? Lets see a show of hands and some real numbers?

Mine is currently in transit to my closest Rogers store. I also just negotiated a new rate and plan to use.

Me too as I had an unlimited data plan on my 9700. $69 bucks for 6gb with all the other stuff for business, unlimited this and that.

Nice.... I don't use data as much so I didn't get mine up too much but I did score unlimited NA calling and since I use mine a lot for work, that will come in handy and save me a lot over what I payed before for overages.

I added 5.5GB on my bell plan for $10 (i had 500mb and now 6gb) this will be PERFECT for my Z10/PB combo. BAM!

im gonna get my phone and then call after a couple billing cycles and tell them it is way too high.

im paying $84 (total)right now for unlimited everything to 10 numbers (i only really call like 5 people) and 200 other minutes, with 6gb and all the added features like call display and voicemail and all that.

unless you are buying the phone outright, "after a few billing cycles" you are already in a fresh contract. Wont be easy to get retentions to do anything when you just signed on again.

they didnt have a problem changing my internet/tv package 5 times in the first 6 months lol.

ill talk to the person at the store tomorrow. see what the best plan is, but i really want the extra data now that i can pair it with my PB and do all kinds of stuff. (the connection from iphone to pb wasnt that good, hopefully z10 is better)

changing things is one thing. calling them and telling them the price is too high, demanding lower rates after just signing that contract is another thing. I hope that it works out for you though

Got a message from the mobile shop confirming mine was ordered and will be ready to pickup first thing on Tuesday morning here in Barrie! Can't wait!!

I have a sweet corporate plan with yearly upgrades, so I plan to leave that as is and just grab my z10 for 149!

Am I too understand that if I preorder ie tomorrow I will get a $50 discount from Bell. They have only six on preorder with 36 coming in so I didn't bother to preorder.

I was told I would get a trade in of $60 for my Old BB.

I would love to hear more details on the $69 per month. I am paying about $90 per month
