    I have gone into 2 stores in glasgow and both have refused to sell the handset sim free even tho they are in stock.,in the first store the guy stated they are keeping them for contracts only as they make more money/commission on these.
    i have spoken to customer services and they have stated the handset is available instore simfree and they should sell the handsets if in stock.

    has anyone else has this problem as i think its really bad practice
