After I use my soft reset app and my phone comes back on after it resets itself, it runs really slow for about 5 minutes or so. It runs slower than before I reset it. Then it goes back to normal functioning. Does anyone know why this happens. I reset it once a day since I have a 8130 and my memory gets eaten up throughout the day. And everytime I do the reset it happens, not just once in a while. Any clues anyones.

I have the same problem on my Bold. Its due to the Media app rescanning the files on your device after a reboot.

If you go into Media straight after a reboot, does it have a blue progress bar labelled 'Scanning' on the screen?

Cool, that makes a lot of sense since I have a few hundred pictures and about 1,300 songs on my media card.
