    One can act like a complete donkey without having to use inappropriate language. The fact that you said you were having a blast ripping them then proceeded to point out their spelling mistakes kind of shows what your intentions were. Like a child who doesn't get their dessert then decides that if that's the case they're going to annoy everyone at the table.

    Being obnoxious is not going to get you taken seriously. In fact, it has the opposite effect. They may start thinking if these are the types of people wanting Z30s, then Rogers would be better off not having customers like this. You have a choice whether to use them as your carrier, and they don't have to bend over backwards for you if they chose not to.

    Buy unlocked phones. No contracts and then you can shop for best rates from basically whatever major cell provider. Rogers Sucks anyways.
