    One of our employees has a Pearl and periodically stops receiving email on her phone. We're using a Hosted Exchange (Exchange 2007) and BES (version 4.1.4.19) service. In order to restart the service, she needs to wipe the device and re-activate the service which is annoying. Her phone is the only phone in our company having this problem and I want to find out the cause. I can't keep asking her to go through this process. Carrier is AT&T. Any ideas?
