I have a Dock-N-Talk paired with Pearl Flip. The phone book names are not displayed with the caller ID. It used to do this with an old RAZR.
I have the same problem with my car (2009 Murano, BT option factory installed).
Is this a general Pearl problem, or am I doing something wrong?
Dock-N-Talk Support tells me that they have a firmware upgrade, want to charge me $25+shipping, but have no idea if it will fix this issue, because they don't know whether it is a problem with the phone itself or not (which seems very customer-unfriendly to me).
Any ideas? Anyone have success with Pearl Flip sending phone book to DNT or a car, or any other device?
