Pearl 8120 and Audi Bluetooth

Hi I cant get my Pearl 8120 on O2 to upload the phone address book to the Audi any more. It worked perfectly for the first two days (its a March 2009 model A4 with the basic Audi bluetooth phone prep kit) and now just wont read the address book

I can connect the phone to the car and make / recieve calls and I can also see the phone book entrie in the dialled / missd calls menu but just not the complete list of phone book entries where they should be!

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
