I cant delete anything of my PC that is RIM related..

I keep getting an error

I had a tour and for got to delete 4.7 Device os out my programs
I had tried to upgrade an Device os to 5.0 so i ave 4.5 and 5.0 and I cant delete them either crazy.
I also have DM 5.0 and I cant delete that either.

What do I do I dont know how to do regedits and thing gezz

why am i getting this 2738 error or something like vbs.dll this sux anyone help me.

Did you try deleting things in Safe Mode?
Reboot, F8 when it starts up (You will have to play with this a little to hit the right "time" so just keep tapping F8)
Then go into Add/Remove programs & try again...
This may not work but I'm hoping the vbs.dll does not start up in Safe Mode.

Coach, give this a shot:

Download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility

Install it on your PC.
Once the install is done open the utility.
Delete (remove) anything that references RIM or BlackBerry.
Close utility.
Reboot machine normally and try uninstalling the programs again.

I missed part of your post.

Also if the error persist go to the command prompt
(Start > Run and type cmd) this will bring you there.

At the cursor type: regsvr32 vbscript.dll
