Is there an app that allows you to password protect individual video or picture files. I have looked and am unable to find one.

    You can HIDE them.
Whatever it is you need to hide

    Menu - Properties
You'll get a pop up check mark "Hide"
    Then to get to it
    Medie - Explore
Once you're in the folder pictures/vid/etc
    Menu - Show Hidden.

Yeah, but wouldn't it be nice to just type in a four digit code to lock that file out.

I'm not sure if there's an app. I may have seen something like it or maybe not. I can't remember.
I guess it would be. But I don't have to hide things from anyone. So doesn't matter lol
    Kidding.
But I get what you're saying.
    I suppose !

Why don't you buy an extra SD card, one for your regular media needs and one for your um stash.......

My kids like to look at pics on my phone and while doing so they tend to delete and move things as well so I would just like to stop this from happening. With out installing and removing sdcards.

I guess it would be more of a no delete app then a password protect app. Where you have to enter a password conformation to delete.
