Recently I've put a password on my blackberry bold and ever since then, whenever someone calls with my phone on lock and I need to type in my password to enter, their contact name doesnt show up-It only shows their number as if they were an "unkown" person. Its very annoying not being able to see who is calling me anymore. But when I go to my call history, it shows their name. I went to AT&T and the guy didn't know what to do, so he suggested me this site.

Any help?

Go to options>security options>General settings and change 'include contacts' to no.

This will mean that your contacts are no longer encrypted, if that matters to you.
