Has anyone had any problems with the password protection on the curve?
I set up a basic 4 digit code ahich worked fine on my device for a few days, then went to back up and update on my lap top and punched in the same code, and it didn't work. Now it says if I try one more time it will delete all my data!!
You may have created a password with capslock or numlock on. There've been a number of cases where someone thought their password was "wert" when they had actually entered "123(". Unfortunately, with only one try left, your chance of getting it right is slim.
After the wipe, the password will be reset and you can create a new one.
